About the Company

Established in 1934, E.G.Dunford is a third generation company of developers and property managers.The company has been managed by the family since formation and has built nearly 1,000 properties, including many starter homes, in and around the New Forest.

Whether the project is commercial or residential we take pride in our work and ensure that each is sympathetically built, complementing its location. We now specialise in the development of high quality schemes, from new build to conservation work and have won many accolades, including a Civic Award for the renovation of a public building – St Barbes Museum in Lymington.

As property managers we retain many of our developments building up a diverse portfolio over time. This includes: modern office buildings within a business park; small tailored offices in a central yet quiet town location; a fully integrated mixed-use scheme offering residential, retail and a restaurant in a courtyard and high street location; and stunning townhouses offering exceptional standards of modern living.
